This document contains the official terms of use for the 69000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services provided. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 69000 platform ("Platform"), you ("User") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 69000. The Platform is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial resale purposes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws at their location.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use 69000's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
69000 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in restricted account access.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials, including username and password, confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 69000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately. Users must notify 69000 as soon as possible upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 69000 Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or operate the Platform.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, system intrusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform.
- Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 69000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are obtained from legitimate sources and belong to the user personally. 69000 does not accept payments on behalf of third parties.
Available payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, and Boost, subject to availability at the time of the transaction. 69000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any offered payment methods at any time.
Withdrawals will be processed once the required account verification is completed. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change. Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
69000 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there are concerns regarding the authenticity of a transaction, pending the outcome of an investigation. Any funds credited to a user's account in error must be reported immediately and may be reclaimed by the platform.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
69000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond the platform's control. All bets and game outcomes are final as processed by the system.
All content on the 69000 Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and source code, is the exclusive property of 69000 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The Platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 69000 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
69000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion. In the case of a suspension, any valid account balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded, provided no serious breach is established.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting 69000 customer support. Following closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures.
Changes to Terms
69000 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the channels designated by the platform. By using the Platform, users consent to the relevant jurisdiction for dispute resolution purposes.
